I got the chance to check out a matinee of Martha Marcy May Marlene today. I have to say I liked it but sleep caught up with me and I dozed during a small portion…with that said I enjoyed it. I thought Elizabeth Olsen’s performance stood up next to more seasoned actors and actresses. It’s an interesting psychological thriller that may be a little too “indie” for it’s own good in spots but doesn’t take away from the story telling. I’d honestly say you could miss it in the theaters and just netflix it and not feel bad about it. Solid movie all in all.
